Prices:

All prices are shown in U.S currency and are subject of change without prior notice. You will be notified of any price changes before item is shipped. All prices do not include shipping or handling. For residences of Texas, an 8.25% Sales Tax will be applied.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless weight or size is prohibitive, then motor freight will be used. Only when specific instructions are given will shipping mode be altered. Orders received before 2pm CST are usually shipped the same day. UPS 3-day Select, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day are available for an additional charge. International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide unless otherwise requested. Please allow additional shipping time for international orders. US Postal Service can also be requested at additional charge. We ship all US Postal Service orders once a week.

Payment:

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All sales prepaid or COD, money order, cashier or certified check, bank cards and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment. Bank wire transfers are currently not accepted. Personal and company checks accepted but the order will not ship for up to 14 days to allow time for the check to clear. On all COD shipments, customer pays an additional $7.50 COD fee. All goods remain property of Rotary Performance until payment is made. Deposit required on special orders.

Product Return Information:

We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please, write, e-mail or call us whenever there is a need for adjustment. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and received at Rotary Performance within 30 days of date of sale. No return will be accepted without invoice/sales receipt number or date of sale. We will issue you a return authorization number that must be marked on the return package. Our shipping department does not accept packages with no return authorization number. Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. No COD refunds accepted. There is no return on Special Order parts. There is no refunds on electrical parts unless part is defective. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns unless due to our error. All cores are to be returned to Rotary Performance. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse core credit. Core must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt or invoice.

Damaged Items:

When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier and Rotary Performance immediately. We provide good merchandise properly packaged to the carrier. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier, not to Rotary Performance.

Guarantee:

All parts are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned at customer’s expense for replacement. We will replace all defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use. There is no warranty if parts have become faulty due to poor installation, misuse or abused in any way. Customer assumes all liability and risk out of the use of high performance products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts or work used for competition, or track driving school events. No warranty on electrical parts. Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. All products will carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, Rotary Performance is not obligated to warranty an item which is not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Customer shall notify Rotary Performance within 10 days of defects discovery. We reserve the right to repair or replace any items found to be faulty or defective and under warranty after part has been examined and tested.

Product Use:

Many items are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Merchandise:

We sell new and used parts for all RX-7s. All used parts are sold “As is” and come with no warranty unless otherwise stated.
